Dr. Moinuddin Bin Moksud has more than two decades of experience in civil engineering, design, construction phase services, project management, and operations. He is a national scholar awarded by the Government of West Bengal, India. After achieving bachelor degree in civil engineering, he started working for reputable construction companies in India for few years and executed projects that led him into performing a variety of roles that a civil engineer can assume.

Dr. Moinuddin Bin Moksud also served briefly in irrigation department, Government of West Bengal. Later, He persuaded post graduation in structural engineering and human resources development.

Dr. Md. Moinuddin Bin Moksud has played a very active role in making MOKOTECH a premium organization providing services for public utility, hospitality, residential, commercial, industrial and telecom sectors.

Dr. Md. Moinuddin Bin Moksud is a proud recipient of Bharat Gaurav Award given by Indian Economic Development and Research Association, New Delhi and also conferred with Doctor of Honours (Business Management) from International Achievers Summit in Srilanka. He is also nominated for Mahatama Gandhi Samman for his contribution in Indian Economy at House of Lords, London, UK.

Being a good sportsman himself, Dr. Md. Moinuddin Bin Moksud has special interest in sports mangemnet and held the prestigious portfolio of Vice President of Indian Football Association in 2010 and has also served as Cricket Secretary of renowned Mohammedan Sporting Club from 2008. He is also the youngest working committee member of Cricket Association of Bengal, an affiliated unit of Board of Control for Cricket in India (B.C.CI). He has played a significant role in organizing major sport events in West Bengal.

Dr. Md. Moinuddin Bin Moksud has been engaged in different philanthropic activities for betterment of the society.
