Cincom Interio is a nationally recognized interior and exterior design firm with expertise in residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, healthcare and beauty projects. Based in Kolkata, India, Cincom Interio was established in 2013 by Mr. Asif Ahmed and Mr. Margub Ali, as a subsidiary vertical of the MokoTech Group. In these few years of existence, we have become a prominent exponent in the industry. The Design Group combines extraordinary talent and global experiences to create spaces, nationally and worldwide, that can be as “cutting edge” or “timeless” as the exceptionality of each of its Clients.

Cincom Interio is committed to achieving the highest level of design with a “turn-key” approach through their services offered. Our stake holders successfully participate in projects in a complete manner. From the initial concepts, budgeting, furniture and decorative item selections, decorative material selections, project coordination – we deal every need always with precision, professionalism, attention to detail, exceptional customer service and expert project management skills.

For the last 5 years, the firm is consistently recognized for its business acumen and its variety of innovative design solutions that impeccably blend functional and aesthetic needs. We have been catering successfully in India since the inception in 2013 and are looking to expand our business to other locations.

In lieu of the same we have decided to set up a branch office in the UK to cater to the growing design and construction market of the UK.

Cincom Interio is an interior design and real estate service for discerning, quality-conscious clients that seek assistance in their design choices for their primary residences, vacation homes, and businesses.  This experience offers personal attention through the design process and also provides design resources and products to its clients through special purchases of furniture, fabric, and accessories. The total experience is provided in a way to inform, inspire, and assist people through the process of transforming their home or business environment to become a unique and personalized expression of themselves and add to their enjoyment of that interior space.

Cincom Interio provides turn-key services for all of its projects commencing at concept and continuing beyond the project’s final completion list.  We will offer a wide range of interior design services to meet any client’s needs in the London and UK market:

  • On-site Consultations:

Convenient consultations for busy homeowners and professionals are offered at the home or office. The consultation will include all necessary product samples for clients for review, thus eliminating the hassle of having to visit numerous stores for different products.

  • Project Survey and Analysis:

Each site is inspected for its layout and function. In-depth client interviews are conducted to determine all necessary requirements for the project. This information is then analyzed for design concepts and space planning.

  • Design Concepts:

The design concept can begin with a treasured piece of fabric or furniture, or simply a blank page.
